Welcome to Charlotte Batty
Devinci is now taking root in Ontario’s mountain biking community.
For over 25 years, bikes have been at the center of Charlotte Batty’s life - from racing cross-country at the highest level, to exploring enduro and downhill. After a decade of competing, when she stepped away from racing, she realized her true calling wasn’t on the start line, but in sharing her passion, knowledge, and experience with others, leading her to coach and guide thousands of riders and build community on the trails since 2010.
In 2016, Charlotte founded Minii Adventures MTB Experiences to create a community where riders could feel supported, ride with confidence, and push their progression in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. Based in Ontario, Canada, Minii Adventures is backed by a crew of passionate coaches and runs a full spring-to-fall calendar of clinics, group rides, and lessons for adult riders of all abilities, each one designed to inspire growth, connection, and stoke.
When winter rolls in, classes shift indoors at the local indoor bike park, while Charlotte and her husband chase endless summer in their van across the Southwest before heading west to Whistler and Squamish or east to Quebec for a dose of Canada’s most iconic riding.
Alongside her own coaching, Charlotte also trains new instructors, helping them refine their skills and better support the riders they teach.
Partnering with Devinci takes this mission even further. With shared Canadian roots and a drive for progression, we’re proud to work together to empower riders, grow community, and prove that every day is a good day to ride.
