As you all know, the last year and a half has been extremely complicated on several levels.

Whether it is store closures, delays in factories, congested shipping lines, slowdowns in ports, huge delays in receiving parts and an unprecedented increase in sales and demand, we can say we are going through a difficult time.

Warehouse delays

We are experiencing a sharp increase in shipping at our warehouses. To improve this situation, we are working with them to double the daily capacity by increasing the size of the team as well as the hours of operation. They all go out of their way to ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Production and supply

Some of you might be wondering why some bikes have been delayed so many times. Simply put, to produce bicycles we need all the components, and these come from all over the world. With the current pressure on the supply chain, we regularly see delivery dates moved back by our suppliers, which leads us to adjusting our production plans. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to maximize production and that our purchasing team is in daily contact with our suppliers to find alternatives to limit the impacts resulting in production delays.
