Where will be the Dealer Summit ?
The 2024 Dealer Summit will be held at "Manoir Mont-Sainte-Anne" located at 1 Rue des Érables, Beaupré, QC G0A 1E0.
How can I get to the chosen location from the Quebec airport?
Gabrielle Simoneau or a member of our team will contact you to coordinate your transportation to the event
What kind of accommodation should I expect?
The Manoir Mont-Sainte-Anne is a place that can accommodate up to 80 people comfortably so everyone will have a bed and plenty of space to enjoy their stay.
When will I receive the detailed agenda?
The detailed agenda will be shared with you one week before the event.
When should I arrive at Dealer Summit?
We ask that you arrive on Tuesday October 1st on site. We have a happy hour (5pm - 7pm) planned to break the ice so it would be great if you came to enjoy it with us.
What do I absolutely have to bring?
We ask you to bring warm, waterproof clothing as it will be fall in Quebec. Also bring what you need for a mountain bike ride (enduro) in cold/wet conditions such as long pants, a waterproof coat, and don't forget your shoes, pedals and bike helmet.
What will the weather be like in Quebec in early October?
At Mont-Sainte-Anne at the beginning of October you can experience summer and fall in the same day! Rain (even a little snow) and cold will likely be present so it's important to arrive prepared.
Will we go on bike rides during our stay?
A bike ride is planned during the stay to try out our new platforms. It will be possible for you to add an outing during your free time. Bring what you need to enjoy our (enduro) outings.
Should I bring my bike?
Devinci bikes will be available at certain times. If you wish, it is possible to bring your own bike.
Are meals covered?
Meals and snacks (and drinks) are covered for your stay.
October 1: Happy hour and snacks
October 2: breakfast/lunch/dinner

I have food allergies/intolerances, who should I contact?
It is important to mention your allergies, intolerances or specific diets to Gabrielle Simoneau who will then be able to communicate with the head chef. Our menus are very flexible and offer vegetarian options at all meals.
Will the clinics be in French or English?
Clinics will be offered in French and English as guests will be divided into groups.
I would like to stay longer to enjoy the UCI World Cup at Mont-Sainte-Anne, do you have any options for me?
It is possible to stay for the weekend at Manoir Mont-Saint-Anne with the rest of the Devinci team. An amount of $250 is requested per person for the two additional nights (Friday evening and Saturday evening).
