May 3rd, 2009: Critérium Brossard. Running in the Elite 2 category, Simon Gagnon-Brassard finished 22nd.
 
 
April 26th, 2009: Grand Prix IGA Sainte Martine. Frustration for Simon Gagnon-Brassard who encountered many difficulties during his race in the senior male category. He was caught between falling racers and a little while later, his bike had a puncture. After these two accidents, he was able to joint the head group to then have a 2nd puncture. Although he was able to joint the head group for a 3rd time, it was to late. He says he is in shape and ready for the next races and hopes that luck will be on his side next time.
